Meet the Dodson Group Team!  At Dodson Group, we've always maintained a very small, highly qualified team in order to bring our customers the best, most knowledgeable customer service available. All our customer service and operations are done in-house by our family-based staff.


Maggie Dodson
Director of Customer Service
Having been a critical part of getting Dodson Group off the ground, Maggie Dodson has been the right arm of the company since she helped her husband found the company in 1998. Since then, Maggie has filled a large number of roles in the business, including billing, quoting and managing orders. Maggie's key role for more than a decade has been providing expert customer service and support.

Jeff Williamson Business Operations Manager
As wearer of many hats, Jeff Williamson takes care of much of Dodson Group's every day operations, from managing online orders and website maintenance to providing timely quotes and customer service support. Jeff joined Dodson Group in 2009 and has been one of the company's key assets since. His 25 years of experience in management not only help him to multi-task, but also to understand the needs of businesses from a wide range of industries.

Owner, founder and lead sales representative Jeff Dodson has worked with auto dealer promotional supplies since 1993. As he learned more about the industry, Jeff recognized a strong need in the Grand Rapids area for a local provider of business printing and promotional materials who was truly service-oriented. In 1998, Jeff took a step towards filling this void by founding the Dodson Group with his wife Maggie.  The company initially offered auto dealership marketing supplies, printing services and direct mail solutions to local businesses, adding more services according to clients' needs over the next several years. By sourcing locally and keeping overhead costs at a minimum, Jeff has been able to keep his company's costs competitive, while maintaining customer service standards he and Maggie continue to be proud of today.
